 Payment due upon competition. When owner is not present on-site, payment must be made before work commences. No exceptions.  All material and labor supplied by Morgan Run Services, LLC comes with a one-year warranty.  Warranty void if neglect, freezing, or abuse, is apparent.  Warranty void if Municiple water pressure is in excess of 80PSI at any time.  No warranty on customer supplied materials.  No warranty on clogs/stoppages.  No payment after 60 days is subject to a property lien.  Any and all change orders, work, or materials not listed in approved estimate will be an additional charge.  Returned checks are subject to an additional $35.00 fee.  Payments past 30 days are subject to a late fee + interest.  Morgan Run Services LLC assumes no responsibility for existing plumbing systems, or code upgrades not relevant to work being performed, any grading/settling of dirt after 30 days.
